 nts must be a resident of Fayette County and visit the DHHR for a referral
  letter. Please bring the letter and the most recent utility bill to the c
 hurch office at 250 Main Street. The FPMA volunteer can write a check up t
 o $50.00 to be directly applied to your bill. Bills will be paid by check 
 only\, no electronic payments or pledges can be made. Assistance can be gi
 ve only once every six months.
